For the purposes of Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data necessary to issue training certificates are duly registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. These data are incorporated into an automated file for confidential and secure use under the responsibility of ACADEMIA DE FORMACIÓN FÓRMATE SL, in order to manage certified students and possible service improvements.
Under no circumstances will we use clients’ personal data to send commercial information unrelated to our services, nor will we share them with third parties.
Your Rights
In accordance with instruction 1/1998 of the Data Protection Agency, you may exercise your rights of access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition by writing to the addresses indicated on our contact page, either by post, email, or telephone.
Privacy & Data Protection Policy
We are committed to using personal data responsibly, maintaining confidentiality, and preventing alteration, loss, or unauthorised access in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007, which develops Organic Law 15/1999.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided are accurate and undertakes to keep them updated. The User is solely responsible for any inaccuracies or damages resulting from incorrect data.
Registration of Personal Data
Sending personal data is essential to issue training certificates. Without this information, the service cannot be carried out. We only request the minimum data required.
Data requested may include: full name, email, DNI (or equivalent), and — optionally — postal address if the student wishes to receive a printed certificate. Sensitive data are never collected.
Data Retention
Unless expressly requested otherwise, data are kept indefinitely in order to allow us to issue duplicates and verify certificate validity. Users may revoke consent at any time.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We reserve the right to modify this policy to adapt to legislative updates or industry practices. Any changes will be announced on this page with reasonable notice.
Commercial Mail / SPAM
In compliance with the LSSICE, we do not engage in SPAM practices. We only send commercial emails if they have been previously requested or authorised by the User.
